Endemic Location:  Ecuador, Quito / Guyaquil

Adult Size: Approximately 5"

Lifespan:  3-4 years for males and 14 years for females. 

Experience Level: Intermediate

Info: They are fast growers with extreme speed.  They are very defensive and skittish.  While this species is a new world tarantula, this species lacks urticating hairs on their abdomen.  If you are thinking about branching in to old world tarantulas this would make the perfect species to bridge that gap
