Shipping policy

Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday and temperatures must be between 45-90 degrees. We offer LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) on overnight shipping only via FedEx and must be available to receive package. LAG is valid as long as there’s proof of DOA (Dead On Arrival) within 2 hours of delivery ie: pictures or video. Unboxing video is highly recommended to ensure easy replacement of animal.
